Working Days: Sunday – Thursday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Saturday (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Education Counselor with proven expertise in student counseling, visa processing, and admissions. This is a leadership role where you will not only advise students but also contribute strategically to business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in education consultancy, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to students and guardians on admissions, eligibility, course selection, and visa processes, including SOP preparation and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions to ensure high engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan, review, and optimize social media content, including guiding video content and script development
• Lead and mentor Communication Officers, supervise daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to quality standards (QC)
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients, handle qualified leads within 24 hours, and initiate consultations to drive enrollment
• Organize workshops, webinars, and information sessions for students and guardians
• Stay updated on global admission policies and competitor strategies
• Contribute to strategic planning to increase student enrollment and support business growth
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management, as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in education consultancy, with a strong track record in client handling, admissions, and visa support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of students and achieve targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
